Well it took customer service 4 days to get back to me and they claimed that because I continued playing the game they no longer were going to be able to change my zone. They literally told me if I want to go to a new area I need to go to my account settings and start a new game wiping everything I did. Extremely angry, wasting my life, I decided to wipe my account and start again hoping to just play with my wife. Guess what happened… I had to go through the entire tutorial again and when that was over found out I’m still not in the same zone as her! Trash customer support and the game is filled with bugs.
